LINDALE - Representative Tommy Merritt and Governor Rick Perry were in Lindale yesterday to unveil a “landmark technology investment.” High-speed internet service will be available for Lindale and Hide A Way Lake by the end of 2006, as a result of bipartisan legislation. Senate Bill 5 was signed into law in 2005 by Governor Perry.
